We ship to international destinations via DHL Express
DHL Express :          3 – 5 Business Days

If you are not at home to receive the package, your local postal or DHL office will leave a collection card with you to collect your package.

*Sometimes Customs checks may delay delivery, depending on the country you live in, and we will have not control over this additional timeframe.

Is my package tracked to ensure it arrives on time?

Within Australia – Tracking number is available for both Regular and Express services. On completing your order, we send you an email order receipt.  We will also send you tracking and status update emails regularly from dispatch to delivery.

International orders  – Your package will be sent via DHL Express service if the shipping address is outside of Australia.  On completing your order, we send you an email order receipt.  We will also send you tracking and status update emails regularly from dispatch to delivery.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

When ordering from SkinB5.com, you can have the peace of mind that skinB5 will pay all relevant freight delivery costs, customs, taxes and duties to the local authorities – so there will be no extra fees payable by you. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when delivered.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt - please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss options for your unique case and we will endeavour to help resolve any concerns you may have with maximum goodwill. SkinB5 will send you a postage paid return envelope if we request the return damaged or faulty goods for our inspection. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
