Clear Skin Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 oats or oatmeal
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- A handful of almonds
METHOD
- Peel and chop banana.
- Place all ingredients in the blender and combine until smooth.
- Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts or sprinkle of chia seeds (optional.)
