Detox Salad

This salad is excellent for detoxifying because it provides support for the immune system, inflammatory system, hormonal system, detoxification system, and antioxidant system. This salad is will have your skin glowing in no time and will have you bursting with energy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 heads broccoli (1 bunch), stems removed and washed
  • 1 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 squeezed fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of salt to taste

METHOD

  1. In a food processor (process the broccoli (no stems) until fine. Add into a large bowl.
  2. Now process the carrots until fine and add into the bowl. Do the same with the parsley.
  3. Stir in the sunflower seeds and raisins. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
