Detox Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 2 heads broccoli (1 bunch), stems removed and washed
- 1 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 squeezed fresh lemon juice, to taste
- ½ teaspoon of salt to taste
METHOD
- In a food processor (process the broccoli (no stems) until fine. Add into a large bowl.
- Now process the carrots until fine and add into the bowl. Do the same with the parsley.
- Stir in the sunflower seeds and raisins. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
