Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper soup

Ingredients:
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 2 red peppers
- A handful of basil leaves
- A handful of rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- A juice of lemon zest
