  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Blender
METHOD Start by washing all of your berries, then begin by adding in berries, then coconut oil, flaxseed oil, and honey.
