A Delicious Way to Boost Your Immune System

Posted by Judy Cheung-Wood on

Supporting your immune system starts with a diet rich in nutrients and a good night's sleep, but what if you can't always get those?
You may be feeling run down or anxious, all which stress your immune system and left unchecked, can lead to compromised health. There are many reasons to pay attention to the signals your body gives you, and some simple remedies to help give your immune system the boost it needs. It's important to feed your body a wide variety of protective nutrients from food, but it's not always easy. That's why I created Superfood Clear Skin Booster to support a strong immune system, which is fundamental to achieving good skin health.

What makes the skinB5™ Superfood so special?

The Clear Skin Superfood Booster contains 63 powerful ingredients to provide all key nutrients and essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids and omegas. Trying to fit all of that into your trolley in the grocery aisle can be quite a challenge, so we wanted to fit it into a teaspoon instead.

This complex superfood blend is also packed with natural Vitamin C - one teaspoon serves up 416% of your daily requirements, helping to boost your defences against viruses and bacteria.

Our Superfood Booster is in a powder form to help you easily incorporate this little wonder into your daily menu. Popping one teaspoon into your smoothie or sprinkling it on your cereal is all it takes to start seeing the benefits.

To get a little more technical, it boasts an A+ in bioavailability, which means your body easily absorbs and uses all the amazing nutrient-rich ingredients, made possible by the inclusion of digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics.

Boost Your Immune System with Delicious Bliss Balls.

More Ways to Support Your Immune System

Get some sleep. Between 7-9 hours each night helps you to be well rested which in turn improves the function of your white blood cells. These are the heros in helping us fight off infections. Set yourself a regular bedtime routine with a distraction free zone and no alcohol or coffee in the evenings. Bend and stretch. Excersise is your best friend, especially when you don't feel like it. Even moderate excersice for 30 minutes a day like walking, yoga or dacing in your living room provides significant benefits to your immune system. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol is an immuno suppressant so it is best to generally limit your intake. When your actively trying to improve your immunity, it's best to avoid it altogether.
