Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, cut into thick slices
- 3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 °Celsius or 400° Fahrenheit. Lightly coat the baking tray with the grapeseed oil. Place the potatoes evenly.
- Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper
- Let it bake for about 20 -25 minutes and enjoy
